About Lara O'Neil, APRN
Through decades of working in healthcare, Lara witnessed something that stayed with her: modern medicine, while powerful, often overlooks the deeper layers of healing. She saw women (especially caregivers, mothers, nurses, teachers, and helpers) pouring themselves into others while quietly losing touch with their own needs and sense of self.
This observation led Lara to seek a more complete approach to wellness. She began studying integrative and spiritual modalities, eventually weaving them together with her medical expertise to create the work she offers today.
Her approach bridges science and sacred practice; honoring both the body's wisdom and the spirit's longing for connection.
Today, she offers sacred spiritual coaching and integrative healing work to women across the country. By helping them release the weight they've been carrying, Lara supports her clients return to their authentic, nourished selves.
