Lara O’Neil APRN, CPNP is an author, healer, and a sought after and respected pediatric provider. With over 25 years of experience working with children and their families, Lara has had the privilege of working in primary care, pediatric offices, hospitals, home care, and school settings. She now owns her own thriving integrative pediatric and family wellness center in Connecticut.

Lara is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and received her Masters in Arts from the College of St Catherine in St Paul, Minnesota. She has completed additional certification in Integrative Health and Healing, as well as Cranial Sacral Therapy and Reiki healing.

Yoga and meditation are a sacred part of Lara’s daily life. She also enjoys biking, hiking, and being in or near the ocean. She is a passionate and fierce protector of all things innocent, animals, children and the earth.
